This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your Verlin account and its associated data, in compliance with the Google/Apple policy.
Data Deletion Policy
At Verlin, we are committed to protecting your privacy. When you request an account deletion, the following actions will be taken:

| Personal Info | Name, Email Address, Password | Permanently Deleted. Your login credentials and personal profile information will be completely removed from our systems. |
| User IDs | Permanently Deleted. Any identifiers linking you to your account activity will be removed. | |
| Audio Files | Voice or Sound Recordings | Not Stored. Your audio data is processed in real-time for translation and is immediately discarded. It is not stored on our servers. |
| App info and performance | Crash logs & Diagnostics | Anonymized. We may collect server-side error logs for debugging and service stability. This data is aggregated and does not contain personal information. |
We do not collect any other user data types such as location, financial info, contacts, or photos.
How to Delete Your Account
Account deletion must be initiated from our web application, as it requires you to be authenticated. Please follow the steps below:
Step 2: Open Your Profile
Click on your username in the top-right corner, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Request Deletion
In the "Danger Zone" section, click the "Request Account Deletion" button and confirm your choice.
